Procurement of a Social Care system for Shetland Islands Council

A consultancy study to assist the Council to select and purchase a computer system to support its social care functions. This project is being undertaken for SOCITM, and includes the development of a requirements specification for the system, based on interviews with social work staff, and workshops with them ain sections within the department.

Because of the scale of the procurement, the relevant EC procurement directives have to be complied with, and Lambda is assisting the Council through this process
