Evaluation of Internet-related projects in SIP and Pathfinder projects

Research into the extent to which Social Inclusion Partnership (SIP) and Pathfinder projects in Scotland tackle social inclusion through the use of public access to the Internet. The project included a questionnaire survey of all SIP and Pathfinder projects in Scotland, and for those that provide public access to the Internet, an evaluation of the extent to which the projects tackle the social inclusion agenda. The project resulted in both a research report, and a database of relevant Internet-related projects in Scotland.
