E-government A consultancy project to assist Inverclyde Council to develop a strategy for E-government, to be compliant with the emerging
standards for e-government from Scottish Executive and CoSLA. The project involves interviews with all relevant service directors and heads of service, and formulating a strategy for E-government which is consistent with the Council's own
objectives and priorities, and which builds on the existing framework and infrastructure in the area. The work was undertaken on behalf of the Society of Information Technology Management (SOCITM) for which Lambda is the managing consultancy
in Scotland.
