E-government - South Northants Council A consultancy project to assist South Northants Council to develop its IEG Statement for submission
to the Department for Local Government, Transport and the Regions, and to develop a strategy for achieving the Council's aspirations for e-government. The project involved interviews with all relevant chief officials and heads of
service, and formulating a strategy for E-government which was consistent with the Council's own objectives and priorities. The work was undertaken on behalf of the Society of Information Technology Management (SOCITM) for which Lambda is the
managing consultancy in Scotland.
