Rural Community Gateway Website

A project to research the needs of rural communities, and to undertake consultation with the relevant organisations, concerning the creation of a Scotland-wide Internet gateway site for rural communities. The project involves considerable face to face interviews and group work, supplemented by questionnaires, to identify and evaluate communities' needs and aspirations, combined with extensive consultation with the relevant bodies and organisations. The project is also to develop a working model of the potential gateway site, for presentation to Ministers.

This project is being undertaken jointly with Highland Business Networks Ltd, Highland E-com, and Dynam Graphics.
