Strategy for Scottish Borders

A review of the potential impact of the Information Society in Scottish Borders, and the development of a strategy for economic and community development based on the Information Society.

The project involved research with relevant local authority, local enterprise, voluntary groups and businesses in the area, and resulted in the development of a strategy document settings out a potential way forward for the area.
